The User Management page is where administrators add new users, review who has access to the platform, and keep the Claude Code seat roster up to date. This page lives under Administration → User & Team Management in the left sidebar. The page has two tabs:
  • G360 Users — manage people who have access to the G360 dashboard itself.
  • Claude Code Users — manage the seat roster for Claude Code usage tracking.

G360 Users tab

This is the default view when you open User Management. It shows every user who has (or has been invited to have) access to G360.

Understanding the users table

The All Users table lists every existing user, along with a running count of total users (shown next to the heading, e.g. “20”). Use the search bar at the top right of the table to quickly find a user by name or email, and the refresh icon next to it to reload the list with the latest data.

Adding a new user

Click the + Add User button at the top right of the page to open the Add User dialog. This lets you add a user who hasn’t logged in yet — for example, so they can be pre-mapped to their Git contributor identity before their first login. Fill in the following fields: Once all required fields (marked with a red *) are filled in, click Add User to send the invite and add them to the table with a status of Invited. Click Cancel or the icon in the top right of the dialog to close it without saving.

Claude Code Users tab

Click Claude Code Users at the top of the page to switch to this view. It’s used to upload and manage the roster of users whose Claude Code usage should be tracked in G360.

At the top of this tab, Claude User Management shows how many seats are currently in the roster (e.g. “0 seats in the current roster”). Click Instructions to upload usage data in the top right if you need a walkthrough of the file format before uploading.

Uploading users

Under the Upload Users card:
  1. Connection (required) — Use the dropdown to select which connection (integration) this usage data belongs to. You must select a connection before you can upload a file — if you try to upload without one, you’ll see the message “Please select a connection.”
  2. Upload Usage Data — Click this button to choose and attach the usage data file from your computer. Until a file is chosen, you’ll see “Please choose a file to upload” next to the button.
  3. Upload Users — Once a connection is selected and a file is attached, click this button (top right of the card) to process the file and add the users to the seat roster.

Viewing the seat roster

Below the upload card, use the two toggle buttons to switch what the table displays:
  • Seat Roster — shows all users currently occupying a Claude Code seat.
  • Not In Seat Roster — shows users found in your usage data who are not currently assigned a seat.
The table itself shows: Click any column header (e.g. Name, Email, Chats) to sort the table by that column — an arrow next to the header indicates the current sort direction. Use the Search email box at the top right of the table to filter the roster by a specific user’s email address.
If you haven’t selected a connection yet, the table will show “Select a connection above to view its seat roster” instead of any data.
