Overview

The Microsoft Teams integration allows organizations to connect Microsoft Teams environments to Engineering Metrics and collect collaboration and communication data for reporting and analytics. Using this integration, organizations can:
  • Connect Microsoft Teams environments
  • Authenticate using Microsoft credentials
  • Configure data collection scopes
  • Synchronize collaboration data
  • Monitor communication activity
  • Analyze team engagement metrics

Prerequisites

Before configuring the integration, ensure you have:
  • Access to the Engineering Metrics Dashboard

  1. Open the Engineering Metrics Dashboard.

  3. Select Communication Tool Metrics.
  4. Choose Teams Connections.

Create a New Teams Connection

  1. Click New Connection.
  2. Enter the required Microsoft Teams connection details.
